Amongst the most significant immediate and urgent needs in the Southern African region must be the need to build upon certain already existing models of leadership, and to develop new leadership skills and styles as we move into the new millenium.

  • promoting new, appropriate forms of leadership in the African context
  • developing new knowledge about leadership through partnered research
  • developing programmes, short courses and workshops for leadership development
  • acting as a resource to practice

Leadership Centre's new home
The Leadership Centre has moved to J01 on the ground floor of J Block on the Westville campus.  We are in the process of renovating the space and refurbishing a multi-purpose knowledge cafe.
