ProfitNetSA

A joint initiative between the Universities of KwaZulu-Natal and Brighton (UK), ProfitNet is being introduced in South Africa with funding by the British Council. Pietermaritzburg has been chosen as the ideal location to launch and grow the programme. ProfitNet is a learning networks programme that works on the principle of getting businesses to work together. Owners share knowledge and business expertise, to stimulate innovation and find solutions to shared problems and challenges.The network is a new way of learning for established and growing organisations. Participation in ProfitNet is entirely free with no cost to members other than their time and commitment.

LeadAfrika 

The Afrika Leadership Development Institute (LeadAfrika) uses the skills of experts with academic, business and research experience to facilitate appropriate leadership development in the African context. LeadAfrika is a multi-university initiative and draws on staff in a number of universities and facilitates the development of appropriate consortia to meet client requirements.

The Centre for Innovative Leadership (CIL) was founded in 1989 by Louis van der Merwe. Until that time Louis van der Merwe was a member of the top thirty executive team of a 40.000 person utility company, Eskom, in South Africa.

CIL principals and associates currently work world-wide with the CIL base in Europe, with many Fortune 500 companies, and NGO'sin the areas of scenario based strategy, leadership development and organisation renewal.
