Synergos has created this virtual Bridging Leadership Resource Center (BLRC). The BLRC consist of two distinct learning instruments that are useful as stand alones and, because they complement each other, can be used in tandem. The Bridging Leadership Case Studies are actual case studies about leaders from around the world bridging leadership. The Bridging Leadership Seminar Training Materials are used to facilitate bridging leadership seminars. The materials, which include training notes, allow participants to learn the concepts involved and the skills necessary for effective collaborations.
